Just a quick update for everyone using the site. I’ve been flat out adding more resources to the help desk to make sure we’re providing the best possible coverage, particularly for those of us here in Australia.

The list has been expanded to include several essential professional services:

• 13YARN: Crisis support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
• Beyond Blue: Support for anxiety, depression, and general mental health.
• QLife: Peer support and referrals for the LGBTIQ+ community.
• MensLine Australia: Dedicated support for men with family and relationship concerns.

These have been integrated alongside our existing links for Lifeline, 1800RESPECT, and Kids Helpline.

The goal for the help desk is simple: keeping everything in one place so you can find professional, confidential support the second you need it. I’m still working through more updates, but the priority was getting these Australian services live and accessible.
